Canada
Long roads, short summers & a lot of land and not a lot of people
Canada is one of the largest countries in the world, and often feels like it. The distances are real, the seasons are dramatic, and the population is spread thin across it’s many provinces. II’ve called it home for the past year – long enough to understand layering, seasonal depression, and how fast fall disappears.
Travel here is about scale and contrast – ocean cliffs in the east, rainforest in the west, and entire provinces where the road is the only constant. This page brings together all my Canada posts: guides, notes, and slow impressions from living here.
